I had an issue with the app yesterday- not sure why. It resulted in a penalty charge. I explained the situation and it was dealt with promptly and efficiently. A minor annoyance resulting in a good outcome- I remain a very happy customer.

Yeah,tried to unlock few scooters but unfortunately not available for some reason.
The customer support on google is 24 hours available but not if you call them after 9:00pm.
Not much impressed with the packages.
If you buy more it supposed to be cheaper not same price.

was decent, enough bikes around brighton. however they were often broken or connectivity issues. would use if only option around but definitely poorer service than competing brands.

I live in a town centre and the beryl bikes are a great way to move around town , I didn't think I'd ever use them but I've come to rely on this service especially the days that my physical health is more demanding , hopefully the system continues to grow and expand .. The support team are fast responders and helpfull with any tech ect .... Its a joyful way to travel.... thumbs up 👍

"App update not intuitive"

App update is no longer intuitive to buy minutes as the + sign simply boots the user out. Evan promptly responded with how to purchase more minute bundles with an easy explanation. Then when I needed help hiring a bike which wouldn’t unlock Phoebe efficiently and promptly assisted with my various issues in a friendly, helpful way.
