Every time we’ve tried to hire bikes and a scooter we’ve had to contact the help line as they don’t unlock.
Customer helpline rude and lengthly.
Apparently the excuse is they are still on trial.... looks like the business has failed before it’s began!

Really fun and convenient bikes! Sometimes experience issues with the locks but the team are always super helpful when i message. Definitely worth buying a minute bundle if you're going to use the bikes more regularly.

Bought a day pass on the app and then got charged twice because of an error with the app. Got in contact with "Maria" who refused to give me a full refund, so I ended up paying for their mistake.

I used a slightly faulty beryl bike, sent them a message, and their customer service was absolutely top notch. They refunded my ride and then some. Had experiences with their customer service before and it’s consistently excellent. Jess from the Kensington office sorted me right out. Also, the bikes are weighty & well-made, as well as easy to use (don’t have a mind-boggling range of gears etc). If using regularly, I’d recommended buying, like, 100 mins; costs around a fiver & works out much cheaper. I definitely endorse them. Good exercise too

"Brilliant product, super fast delivery"

Ordered the bicycle laser light with the green bicycle projection on a Wednesday afternoon and got it delivered on the Saturday. I am delighted.
