Absolutely not working app, Beryl charge me unacceptable amount. Since 5 days only send messages.. catastrophe

Good idea but needs some work. Never managed to use it yet without an error picking up the bike or leaving the bike. And that's when a bike is available. Last straw was £10 fine for not securing the bike when I had left it secured in the stand. Refunding me for an error on your part is not a 'goodwill gesture'. Giving up on this until the company sorts itself out. (Manchester)

"Never again"

Awful company. The condition of the bikes are unacceptable. The locks keep on jamming and not ending the journey. For that reason they think that it’s acceptable to just take 10 pounds from my bank account. This has happened to me once to many.

Absolutely terrible experience bike was dangerous kept jumping up and down the fears over every bump!! Returned it to the same bay I took it from wouldn’t lock messaged customer service explained my problem!! Then received a £10 fine for leaving it unlocked how is this fine even justified the bike is still there no one has touched it what is the fine actually for? As I don’t see any labour involved to justify it!!! Never using a beryl ever again location Hereford.

"Poor experience"

I assumed these bikes would be charged, as only live a mile away and thought good exercise to pop home at lunchtime, enquired about pausing a ride which I was informed I could do, however not told this is only for 15 minutes and ended up with £10 charge. Travelled back to work, bike would not go up hill, had to push, got on bike further up and tried to cycle, bike would not go, too heavy to hold up and I came off, dislocated and fractured my shoulder now off work for 6 weeks + obviously bike left as I went to hospital yet again charged a £10 for not being in a bay! Company only reimbursed one £10. Writing this review as don’t want anyone else ending up in same situation as me!

"Never to be trusted"

This company fraudulently removed £10 from my partners bank account. They never answer their phone or respond to online chat to explain their actions. Avoid at all cost!

"Awful service. Awful company"

Left the bike within yards of a bay, in what looked like a bay (a cycle rack next to the bay) with parking stickers on it, to be charged £3.50 for a less than 10 minute cycle, on top of the unlock fee and extortionate £0.15 a minute. My 20 minute round trip commute to work would cost me £5 each day. What a great way to encourage cycling. Avoid

"Overcharged me"

Overcharged me, said their own policy I could leave the bike where I wanted due to buying a day pass.

A day later I get charged a £10 fee for leaving it outside of a bay on my travels. (I left it back in a bay when I was finished & locked)

Despite being given a refund, It hasn't arrived and I just got told to speak to my bank

"Rubbish"

Rubbish. App doesn’t even load half the time. Hardly any bikes about. Better off taking an Uber for the price. Can’t load more than one bike at a time so if you want to ride with a friend they need their own account. Won’t use again.
