I was running late for work so I used beryl bike to get there quicker. However, I had a problem to lock the bike at the end of my trip. I couldn't end the trip in the app and I couldn't lock the bike so I started to panic as I really had to go to work. I entered the chat and luckily, very quickly got help from Scott who helped me and ended the trip manually, he also told me to leave the bike there as someone would come in to check the issue. I could run to work without worrying that I will be charged for all those minutes.

"Maliciously put your life in danger "
I would normally give them a 3 star but after today they deserve their 1. Edgar, their customer service representative maliciously blocked my account and ended my journey mid-ride causing me an injury. He did it because I asked if they would refund the out of bay fee as my scooter didn't pause correctly. Sadly after thousand of minutes using their scooters, their customer service is extremely good or really poor, massive ups and downs depending on who you speak with. Edgar is certainly one of the bad ones and he thinks ending rides in the middle of the road & blocking accounts is okay when he is in a bad mood

Reason: Extremely stubborn and love trying to prove you wrong *cough* purple, horrible staff, however there are times that they are fantastic! And i do appreciate their efforts (edgar and jacquean)
They recently started telling people to leave a review on trustpilot as they are dropping in reviews, instead of telling people to leave reviews and dont want them to be negative perhaps do a better job and adjust this prices I.E lower ebike unlock fees or lower the cost of buying minutes or even doing public giveaways more often rather then once a year.
State of bikes; 2/5 half the time the bikes are absolutely horrible, excuse my language, even when reporting the bike it will simply sit there for a few days saying its available when its not.

Customer service is almost instant and very consumer friendly, some of the bikes have trouble knowing where they actually are. If you take a picture of your bike in it's parked position,it was easy to prove I parked correctly and was refunded a penalty fee.
