App terrible. Map glitchy. 50% rides a problem ...can't lock. Pause then cant unlock etc. Convenience is everything and it just isn't.

"Poor experience"
Poor experience with a rude, unbothered customer service agent who was clearly more preoccupied with finishing their shift than actually helping me with an issue.
I was made to drag the heavy bike in torrential rain to another bay after their app ended my ride rather than pausing. Really cool way to treat disabled service users. :)
The agent I spoke to was condescending, rude and uninterested. She pretty much accused me of not being able to use a phone app - if you knew my working background, you'd know how wrong you are.
I did try and escalate a complaint, but have heard absolutely nothing back so I can only imagine they don't care about having agents treat customers so poorly.
EDIT: Scott, one of the managers, has contacted me by email and I will update review with outcome of this

"Dangerous to use - update"
Scooter suspension was damaged and the cradle for the phone was damaged. Going over a rough road my phone popped out and got run over. Told Beryl. Apparently it was in the terns and conditions that it's only their fault if they were negligent. They want answer me when i mentioned that they negligently failed to maintain their fleet and put the public in danger.
Update: Further to the response from Beryl. I have not accepted any form of compensation from them as 1. They state it implicates they are liable and 2. The undertone that I left a poor review in order to illicit financial benefit, which is not the reason.
I do not suggest to stop using Beryl Scooters, only use at your discretion and confirm they are in working order before you do. Don't take for granted that they will be maintained because you pay to use them.

Had a dodgy scooter that didn’t work after unlocking, but was still charged. The support team refunded the money literally minutes after I emailed!! Then promised to check out the faulty scooter so others didn’t have the same issue. Top stuff !
