At the end of my short journey I thought this is the worst bike I have ever ridden. If I can't find a docking station this piece of sh#t is going in the canal! Three p#ss poor gears, under powered motor, totally unresponsive frame. Well designed to deter thieves. Do not ride over cobbles, up any sort of minor hill or on any journey more than 500 metres. Please do not use to try out electric bikes. It will be no guide whatsoever. These bikes will put people off cycling. If you use one regularly, just get your own bike. Did I mention how expensive my ride was? Over £6 from Beeston to Kirkstall Rd. That would be acceptably expensive if the bike was a decent ride. Beryl Burton would never put her name to these crap bikes...

Evan replied rapidly to my issue of a scooter refusing to let me ride it for more than a minute, claiming I was going 88mph haha!
The ride was cancelled with no charge along with some minutes being added as a good will gesture.

Have never been able to rent a bike without some kind of problem. They never unlock properly and I have been overcharged several times. Everytime I’ve spoken to customer services they’ve been rude and unbothered. Would avoid as just makes your journey more frustrating. Would be a great addition to the city if they actually worked.
