Only your helper Elsa. My experience with your bikes wasn’t easy. It was my first time. I assumed I could leave it to have coffee. The first time I did this, there was no charge left so I had to hire another bike from Tescos this time. You charged £10 when I had not finished using it. Then with this bike, I locked it for 5 mins and tge was unable to unlock it. Elsa was helpful in getting instructions to me. But I feel your instructions are not entirely clear. I am now expecting a refund. Many thanks.
