The Beryl Customer support team have been amazing through out the times I had gotten in contact with a few issues I had. Not ideal however they where quick with replies and ironed out all the issues and very friendly. Both Max and Jacques went above the service I was expecting definitely no complaints for this Happy rider. Would recommend this cycling service. The app is Quick and easy to navigate and selecting what way you to pay whether I'd be a day pass or pay as you go and amazing views whilst riding along the seaside front. Thank you again.
