The e-bike was in perfect condition. It was a joy riding it. And when I had an issue with pausing and ending, Elsa from support helped me in a friendly and skilled way. Unwillingly paid fee was refunded. Really good service which is rare these days

Awful customer service. I completed a ride at midnight on Wednesday and parked in a bay that I've used loads, near to my home. What I didnt see was a sign saying temporary suspended bays and they charged me £10. Initially they argued the bay didnt exist until i sent photos.Despite explaining all the above, they refused to refund me. Worst customer service ever.

I went to use a Beryl E-Bike last night but it failed to unlock. I had to restart the session, so was charged twice for the privilege.
Once home, I left a message for the team to explain the situation and went to bed.

This morning Elsa logged on, saw what had happened and immediately refunded the first session. A simple solution, swiftly executed.

This is exactly what customer service should be!

The whole team in general are very helpful, seem to be active whenever I use a bike and can provide an answer for the queries I have.
Granted its nearly always "bike hasn't/won't lock" but they're happy to sort it out!

This is a fantastic bike hire scheme - bikes/scooters are always available at the closest parking bay, wherever I am, and seem to be well maintained. Their customer service, when I've needed it, has been very good, and are easy to contact through the app.

I've written a review previously, as i have become a regular user and have settled in Hereford now i can honestly say besides the slight improvements needed which were mentioned in my first review the customer care team since have never failed, the communication is reliable and they will do everything on their end to ensure a positive experience.

I cannot fault one representative working for Beryl.
Ana who dealt with my most recent enquiry was amazing, great with response time and communication in general, due to the situation aswell she made sure i were looked after also.

Beryl is a functional service that will benefit alot of people
Its easy to use, app works well & the team are wonderful... Hats off Beryl you've got my vote
