Really well organised operation, fantastic trails and a superb experience. Whatever the age or ability, there's something for everyone and it's a FULL day out. Excellent value and the staff are always super-helpful, special credit to the uplift team who are really slick!

I love BPW. It would be nice to have pumps that work though. I've been riding there regularly for over 2 years now and its always been the case. I tried using the one by the uplift and the one at the very top yesterday and lost air. Then had to roll all the way down to the bottom and use the pump in the workshop. I'm surprised Topeak are ok with it, because it doesn't look good for their brand.

It would be great if the blokes didn't wee all around the starting point as it can smell bad and is off putting to women (and other blokes!). No thank you!
At reception I showed my pass and asked for two ebike pedal ups. The person on reception said she just needed my surname which she asked for 5 times and still couldn't get the checkin system to work. A colleague came to help and asked for my surname again. When it was sorted the colleague suggested (nicely) that if I show my card next time it'll be much quicker. No thank you!

The staff are always welcoming, the trails have something for every rider and ability plus they are maintained to the highest standard.

Great riding. Perfect trails. Uplift worked seamlessly. Only minor gripe was the lack of water stations on the hill. A tap by the uplift would be a great addition. Appreciate running a pipe to it would be non trivial.

Great day at BikePark Wales with my 17 and 11 year old. Staff were awesome, always friendly and happy to help. Rockshox team were amazing too. Some extra blue jump trails would be most welcome. the park was really busy as to be expected on Sunday but everything flowed well and we never felt under pressure on the trials.

Quick and friendly service to get your bike tag. The food was good. I loved the trails even if they were a little loose on the surface due to the weather. Always love coming here
