"Really good bike park"

Really good bike park, trails are very well maintained, I’ve been here several times and clearly it is being worked on and improved all the time.

Also the facilities are functional, but could do with a bit of an improvement, toilets are just on the right side of okay… you ought to look into improvements there if you can. I know it must be hard to focus on the cafe & facilities as you have a captive audience in some ways so it’s easy to get lazy… the £5 for chilli fries that was a really good price and I ordered it despite not normally going for beef… didn’t see why 6 chicken wings and a bit of coleslaw should be double the price. Shouldn’t you be using Welsh venison in your chilli for a more sustainable approach? (I probably should have just bought the wings b/c now I feel guilty for ordering beef carbon footprint and all) or a Turkey mince chilli… I heard people complaining about the burgers, these days smashed burgers seem in vogue so why not trial those. Also a chicken tenders & chips might be a better idea than the chicken burger.

"Always a great trip to BPW"

Always a great trip to BPW. All the facilities are amazing, the uplift drivers always chatty and helpful. A fair bit of work has been done on some of the trails since last time I was there. All improvements.
The only think we dreaded was if we had to get on that slow,airless, noisy sweatbox of an overland truck for the uplift. Takes longer to load as more bikes... and slower to get back to the top. Get rid of it please!
Apart from that all good!

Phenomenal experience as always. Had been a few years, the check-innwas much improved and the uplift was more frequent. Cameraman on site was wicked. The addition of unnecessary gaps has added to the potential for injury despite most peoples capabilities, not sure if I appreciate that change and a lot of people were saying similar.

Another good trip to BPW. Easy booking, easy registration, good parking, smooth running of the shuttles, reasonably priced food (and tasty!), and the trails were excellent as always. Not forgetting the friendliest and most patient shuttle drivers, dealing with muppets like me who forgot (each time I come) how to sort the straps out. Thanks to all the staff.

10/10 some of the best flowiest trails I have ever seen massive jumps and more would be better if there was more techy trails for beginners

Worth arriving early to get yourself prepared.
