After my review Starkey wanted me to contact them ! After talking to 4 different people and spending 37 minutes on hold I got another rude person that " just doesn't know what to do "!
I asked can you find one of your dispensers in a 150 mile radius of me that will program them ?
Her reply was that they would charge me to do it !
Guess $6800 dollars isn't enough to scam you out of !
DO NOT BUY THESE 3rd CLASS PRODUCT THAT NO ONE WILL PROGRAM ! Biggest joke in the hearing aid industry ! BUY PHONAK --- at least they are honest !

THIS IS THE SECOND STARKEY SET I'VE OWNED. I WAS IMPRESSED AND SATISFIED WITH MY ORIGINAL PAIR, BUT THIS SET OF AIDS IS FANTASTIC! THE TONE QUALITY AND RECEPTION IS A MAJOR IMPROVEMENT OVER MY ORIGINALS. MY INTERACTION WITH MY CO-WORKERS AND STAFF IS SO MUCH BETTER AND I SEND MY THANKS FOR ENGINEERING SUCH A FINE PRODUCT!

Starkey hearing aids have helped me connect with my world again. So many daily sounds were lost to me and forgotten. I no longer feel isolated in a crowd. I only wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to purchase them.

I enjoy the comfort level that the sound and molds have. I am not happy with them connecting to my iPhone as there is not the clarity I have had with other aids including Costco's store brand. I am a harder person to "fit" due to my hearing but the phone sounds so low and far away. I also have some issues with the aids just "resetting" themselves as I will hear "normal" when I haven't touched a thing.
I will be seeing my audiologist this week in hopes she can resolve things. I did contact Starkey through Facebook and they were prompt in helping me and asking me to send a file from the App.
For the amount of money I spent, I really think the volume should be increased without hearing all the high sounds and noises.
