Hearing for life has been awesome to deal with. Melody and Doug have been very helpful in every way possible.
I keep having problems with my right ear not working correctly I have had to take it back once already. Now I am going to have to send the right ear back in to be fixed again and it’s only been a year

I adore my Starkeys. Never step outofthe house withoutthem!!

"A real step up from my prior set."

My Starkey hearing aids were a real step up from the prior model and I love the remote which allows me to make adjustments for my business meetings and business calls. It gives me real versatility to listen via the aids through bluetooth to the phone or adjust the volume to the right level using a remote speaker. Plus, the sound from using them direct with a cell phone is crystal clear.

"I've had to have my Starkey Hearing…"

I've had to have my Starkey Hearing appliances checked over a number of times by my hearing consultant in my home town and even had to have one REPLACED after less than a year due to malfunction.

I wear them as "tinnitus maskers" and when they were returned to my hearing consultant location, the tinnitus masker implement was NOT even turned on by the replacement techs.

Also, batteries and filter changes are so frequently needed to be replaced...at least 1 x per week if not more.

When they are working, they work very well and mask out any of the annoying and frustrating noise tinnitus sufferers have to endure

That being said, I am rating them as "average"

I've had the Starkey Halo aids for 3 years and have had nothing but trouble with them, they work for about 3 months and have to be replaced. I take very good care of my aids, clean and put them in a dehumidifier every night. $6,000 for junk.

Product performs as advertised and is easily adjustable. Having multiple programs available is very useful for normal, TV, and hearing in crowds. Very comfortable fit.
