"DO NOT BUY SCAMMERS"

DO NOT BUY! first off they say its from uk but after weeks of hearing nothing i got a tracking number and it was in china!!! it has been about a month now and it claims it has been delivered but there is nothing here and nothing to show that they tried to deliver it. these people are complete scammers please don't buy from them.

"Probably the worst company I have ever…"

Probably the worst company I have ever purchased anything from, ever. It took over a month for the product to arrive. The box was damaged and the lightsabre does not work. What's the point in selling replica Luke Skywalker lightsabres if doesn't go green. Have repeatedly tried to contact the company via email, but they don't respond. Sent them a video of the lightsabre which only does red, blue and white, but they will not respond at all. Don't even think about purchasing from this company, you wont get what you ordered, it'll be late and broken.

"Give me an answer !"

I have ordered 02/03/22 a galactic saber (order n°1502) and it's written it should be sent between 1 or 2 weeks.
We are 17/03/22 and I have any answer about my order, and no update.
I am very disappointed with this purchase, I took it to make a gift to my husband, I still paid 160€ for in the end have no update of my order and even worse, no response to my many emails.

I myself work in a customer service website and I strive every day to provide an answer to my customers.

I am wondering if I have been scammed and I will (if I do not have an answer next week) file a complaint with my bank to have the order refunded.

I made a purchase last year after receiving the item it was faulty and piece of it had fallen off. I emailed but didn't hear anything for a couple weeks, when I finally did hear back there was a couple emails back and forth of them asking me to send images and a video of the fault to which I did. And then again nothing for another week or so, they rhen agreed to a refund on return of the item so I payed for next day shipping to have it delivered back which it was. It then took over a month to get a refund which was likely only dome after a case was opened as the 3makls I was sending every other day was being ignored.

Currently seeking legal advice. Have been ignoring us for 3 months. Weak product the instructions are not clear. Gave us one replacement but are now not responding. My child is devastated. A waste of money. DONT BUY

"Absolutely Hurrendous company"

Absolutely Hurrendous company, the item took almost 2 months to arrive, they kept delaying the arrival date. Then to find out it was the wrong product that they sent. It then took over a week to organise a return with me. They've then refunded me but only some of the price of the product! Like how did that happen!? I'm now still waiting for a response to get my money back, luckily Klarna are stepping in for me. These people takes weeks to reply to the simplest of emails, almost feels like they intentionaly ignore you, which currently they are completely doing, just trying to get my hard earned money that theyve kept from me. Guys if you get any issue what so ever with the product that you recieve, you are going to have a dreadful time trying to reach a resolution with their so called "customer services", far from professional. Try galaxy sabers or elsewhere. This company is appauling.

"I ordered my lightsaber on the 28th of…"

I ordered my lightsaber on the 28th of December it is now the 31st of January and I am yet to receive it. I sent two emails in regards to the status of my purchase as I have not even had an update to say its been dispatched or a time frame on when it will arrive and both emails have been ignored. I would like someone to respond with any update on what is happening

"Scam artists, Don't trust"

The product I received was all good for 2 months and I was happy and then it broke. The speaker stopped working. Basically if your lucky and get a working product then they're good but if you don't and get a faulty one then you don't stand a chance of resolving it with them, they will eventually stop replying to your emails and the only way to contact them is email where they have more control over whether they respond, there is no number to call. They also lied and said they had sent out replacement parts however I never received them. they basically delay it and hop you will forget. Buying from this company is the luck of the draw if you get a faulty product then there is no customer service to get it resolved!!
