Seamless experience once my booking was verified and confirmed. Had a few failed attempts trying to book a space where the owner approved and then cancelled <2 weeks prior to travel which was frustrating however I was provided with other options with a better space becoming available. Great value for money. I won’t hesitate to use this service again.

TL;DR: Horrible customer service and ridiculous cancellation policy.

You don't really get to know if a service is good or not till you deal with their customer support as you need to be sure they'll help when needed (and it shows what kind of business they're running)

As of writing this review. I had an active booking with parkhound that was supposed to be cancelled per the parking owner's request but parkhound insisted on charging me for the remainder of the booking as well as the following month! (Which they have)

They have a ridiculous cancellation policy (see for yourself) where you basically have an hour to change your mind. You basically cannot cancel your booking without losing your money even if the parking owner cancels the booking themselves or if you have a valid reason to cancel the booking.

You just have to sit and watch as they forcibly take money your account.

To top it all off their rude and completely unhelpful customer "support" reps refuse to connect you to their supervisors and wouldn't even provide their details.

They only provided me with a fake Parkhound email to send my complaint to.

As another reviewer mentioned its all good till goes wrong.

They continue to charge customers for services they cannot access.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I rented a car park for a few months, all went ok. Then the owner proceeds to tell me he is no longer able to rent the car park out and will cancel the booking. I had to return the remote etc, so no longer had access to the park! I have just tried to find a new car park months later after returning to work after a stint of working from home, to find out the booking is STILL active and over $1700 has been taken out of my account. Parkhound refuse any liability, saying I didn’t cancel the booking. How can you be charging me for a service I didn’t have access to anymore? Buyer beware. It’s all good, until it goes wrong - and then it goes HORRIBLY WRONG. I will be taking this further to recoup my money.

Parkhound is a great service that helps unlock the value of your unused car space. It’s easy to use and the customer service is excellent. At no time did I feel I was on my own with the software and the renters. Parkhound were right there with me. I also met some great people in my local area through Parkhound.

The website is so bad. The system is so flawed that I chose to ditch the service and get on a train and risk catching coronavirus. The system is THAT bad.

Lost opportunity. I feel like contacting investors to come up with a better website. Can't be that hard to come up with a simple user experience and product with demand.
