"Too many bugs too much trouble"

The idea is great but I have found the app to be very ‘buggy’ … like each time I wanted to add a new space I can’t get past “Alert please enter your full address” and no matter how many times I enter my full address, I get that same silly error message … so I usually end up using Gumtree !! It’s a pity because I’d like to use Parkhound but just too much trouble.

My issue stands with the PARKHOUND and its complete LACK of Cancellation Policy.

PARKHOUND Directive - If you booked and confirmed, and canceled even a month before the start date, you pay a month's worth of fees. And you get the BOND back at end of the booked month.

This platform should be down and shuts off. They are the most worse service every.
Booked and Paid for one month car par, they did not give me the access and try contact them many time no reply no response. Scammers

Booked a car park a week in advance for new job in Brisbane city. Paid for a month in advance as is required by Parkhound policy. Car park owner failed to provide access card, came up with every excuse in the book. When I accused her of being a fraud on the day the parking was meant to begin she pulled the listing. I had to find alternative parking on first day of new job, chase Parkhound for 3 weeks to get refund and threaten legal action before they would action. Still never received any formal apology or response.

The fee they put on top of your charges that you’re actually not aware of @ 20%

I really have nothing nice to say about them as far as I’m concerned a bunch of money hungry crooks

I’ve used Parkhound countless times and it is such a big help having quick, well-priced and easy access to a van. I’ve also rented out my car spot with Parkhound and had someone for the spot within a week. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about using Parkhound
