"Misinformation, lack of communication, most likely scammers"

An absolute shame that they do not follow their own protocols as listed on their website. Always double check listings and whether they will follow through with what is instructed on a parking space listing. The listing stated that an access key would be mailed to me, then was told that the access key was available for pickup from a location I couldnt get access to due to my current medical condition. Company was not willing to refund or even send me the access key - which was the specified method on the listing. Company is not willing to refund even though this issue was due to their own misinformation. Will now need to go through a lengthy ombudsman process to recover money for an unused parking space. Email responses are slow and supervisors are not willing to take my calls.

Contacted Parkound/Spacer to inform of a new set agreed price for the space I rent and recieved a response immediately. Tony was polite and clear and although it was attempted to increase the price negotiated due to fees, the original price was fixed. Thankyou

"Absolute scammers"

Absolute scammers! I rented a carpark out with them. It was great for 10 months, and then the tenant stopped paying. Parkhound did nothing about it, didn't chase the payment up and didn't even tell me the payments had stopped.
7 weeks later the tenant cancelled the booking and made a final 4-week payment. I still haven't been paid for the 3 weeks in-between and the tenant hasn't returned the carpark fob (worth $250). Parkhound refuse to refund it and are keeping the $250 deposit. I now can't even access my own carpark.

"The way Parkhound pays space owners is…"

The way Parkhound pays space owners is ridiculous. I leased out my car space 2 weeks ago, it was snapped up straight away and yet I still have not received a cent. It’s really demoralising to see someone parking in the space because at no time have park hound contacted me to inform me of when I will receive the money or even when to expect it. The communication is zero.

In fact the first thing I knew about the space being leased was when I got a message from the tenant asking for the access code!

If you’re going to use them go into it knowing you may not see a cent for weeks. And that you will receive no communication or support whatsoever from Parkhound

"Poor Service and Payment Process"

The payment structure is very late and bad. They will give you a date of payment each month however will blame banking processes for severely late payments up to 2 weeks after the apparent "payment date"

Also their customer service is hopeless. They take about a week to respond to email and if you ring them, it goes to an outsourced call centre with generic and unhelpful advice that don't solve anything.

Would avoid at all costs

"Terrible Customer Service"

I have been renting a parking space for about 18 months without issue, its all good while Parkhound are receiving my money on a regular basis. Recently the parking space owner told me they need to cancel and remove my car ASAP which was very inconvenient as my contract said I had a months notice. I did the right thing and moved my car within a couple of weeks. Parkhound now don't want to reimburse for the extra days I've already paid but aren't using and also my key fob remote deposit which I returned to the owner.
