"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service.
Owner of the space was informed of a Parkhound cost service increase and asked if they wanted to pass it onto the user. Owner obviously agreed and Parkhound send me an email advising that the Owner wants to increase the parking fee. Its little things like this that errode trust in a business.

I have used Parkhound for over 7 years and they were great - however, I recently moved from Sydney to Melbourne. Booking a parking spot in Melbourne before moving so i had somewhere to store my extra vehicle.
On arriving the person whom i booked with did not contact me and didn't reply to messages- Parkhound didn't help.
I then had to book another space and subsequently got charged for two car parks. It took many calls and emails just to get to talk to anyone at Parkhound, and still more to get a refund.
The whole process was very frustrating with slow or no contact from Parkhound

"Never attempt to understand …"

Never attempt to understand simple payment adjustments and keep charging late fees every single month. I requested to move my direct debit day by 4 days to align with my salary date. This is even discussed with the parking bay owner and agreed
But poor customer service team is showing the blind eye and keep charging $25 extra every month. Incredibly poor service, never ever recommend this for anyone. Money hungeres!!! Shame on you !

Seriously the best thing ever - I have the perfect spot, so much easier and cheaper than reserving parking every day. This is the 4th time I've used Parkhound, every time my office moves I look for a new place, never lets me down.
