Fast and efficient service. Very pleased with how everything went from start to finish. Surveyor called out to investigate issues. Knew exactly what the issue were and how to fix. Did not try and oversell with unnecessary products/services. Next day we got booked in for repairs. Chris and Rick arrived and were super friendly, very professional and went above and beyond. They kindly did a small job for us that was not part of DPC installation. Thank you so much.

"Warranty is not honoured"

Warranty is not honoured. Year later wall is still wet, called 2 months ago, they said too busy to send someone out until October. October called to say new company taken over they will not honour our warranty and we must pay. I would avoid this company, because you need warranty for this sort of work as takes months to test if results are effective. Go with trustworthy organisation

Barry did the survey and he was very professional, personable and informed me fully of the process/cost. I managed to book in 4 days later.
Jordan and Luke did a fantastic job on the day, they were very polite, respectful and left no mess.

Just had a very professional and polite gentleman called Keith come and do a damp survey at my fathers property. I could not thank him enough, for being so thorough in his job, but thoughtful and understanding because my father has dementia. I would highly recommend this company not just for the free survey, but the honest work they do. Keith found no problem with my fathers property and explained this to him. This appointment cost me absolutely nothing where as other companies wanted me to pay over a hundred pound just for a call out.
