The lads arrived on time as arranged. Explained what was to be done, they started work right away. They worked very cleanly and quick. When the job was finished . They explained all about the unit. I can recommend them to do a good job. I forgot to say that the agent Robert did a wonderful interview with my wife and I he explained what was needed and arranged for the work to be done. thanks Robert .

We had Jonny round to inspect our home for atmospheric and penetrating damp, aswell as surveying the loft for state of the art insulation. Jonny was incredible, he was punctual and informative, explaining everything in an understandable way! Would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

The lads came over a 2 day period , I was kept up to date with times the job was done to a very high standard and cleaned at the end of each visit very friendly team and answered any questions I had.

Jonny came to give us advice about a damp and mould problem we were having on furniture. There’s no damp on the actual walls but everywhere else, so we weren’t sure what the problem and solution was.

Jonny took the time to thoroughly explain how it starts, how to treat and how to maintain. He explained the solution that the company can offer but there was no hard sell and he gave us honest advice about our options. It was obvious from the start that everything he was saying was honest and there was no exaggeration of the issue to try and sell their services unnecessarily.

I would 100% recommend Jonny and the company to anyone. We’re going to try his recommendations of managing the problem for now but I’m sure if in the future we do need to get the PIV unit that was recommended, I would be very confident in their ability to fulfil any future services required.

❌❌❌❌ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ❌❌❌ I had a damp proof course done 4 months ago I contacted them as paint is still pealing also a white substance coming away where they injected and the paint is bubbling on my walls I was confidently told this would solve my issue

I spoke to SHAUN SAUNDERS to see if someone could come out again, I was told by SHAUN SAUNDERS to send pics that’s the best he could do and that’s doing me a favour UNPROFESSIONAL ! Absolutely shocking . he advised I’d have to pay a further £8,000 for my walls tanking and re plastered as it doesn’t look like it would dry out over the next 12 months
I paid £2,600 . I wanted this sorting asked if someone could have a look AND the so called manager said they are not a charity and will not plaster my walls which I never asked for

Customer service is absolutely shocking rude unhelpful and clearly had no training whatsoever regarding damp proof or how to speak to people ! Rude & unhelpful

We recently had a damp survey conducted by Johnny from Home Energy Save GB, and we couldn’t be more impressed with his service. Johnny deserves a solid 5/5 for his thoroughness, professionalism, and kindness. He took his shoes off, respected our home, and was one of the nicest, most professional individuals we’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. His survey was detailed, and he provided helpful insights during his visit.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the company’s aftercare service, which we rate 1/5. When my partner called the day after Johnny’s survey to request the report, he was met with rude and dismissive behaviour. Despite Johnny suggesting we could obtain the report for a small fee—something we were happy to pay—the staff on the phone refused to assist and were unprofessional in their communication, also refusing to put us in contact with Johnny.

While Johnny’s excellent service made the initial experience positive, the poor aftercare leaves us disappointed and hesitant to recommend the company as a whole. It’s a shame that such great fieldwork is undermined by unhelpful office staff.

"DCP, Pointing & Elastomeric Paint. I would Recommend."

We had a DCP done at the back of the house and front and back of house pointing where needed and Elastomeric paint.
We was only advised that 2 Meters of pointing needed doing however when the work was carried out it was actually a lot more and they kindly carried out the work for this which did did extend the work from the 2 days quoted to 5 days.
Craig and Rick who came 3 days out of the 5 were brilliant and all who came were respectful when coming into the house and left the back and front tidy.
Neighbour did complain about a bit of paint that went onto the front path however they kindly apologised and made sure to put down sheets to avoid it happening again and the neighbour was ok with this.
Work was not rushed and I would recommend to use this company.
Response from the office to my emails and calls were very quick and had good customer service with all queries.
Advised that the work can take up to 12 months for the damp and mould to improve however we have found that the condensation on the windows have improved immediately and the bedroom with the issues feel slightly warmer.
