I have no qualms about recommending insure your paws .
Used them in the past when I had my 2 Bichons , competitive prices and when one of my previous dogs needed the pet insurance they paid out straight away . So I decided to use them again for my springer again we needed to use the insurance as he had broke his leg ( in covid times) so took a couple of phone calls to get sorted , but again paid out with no problems .
I was expecting my new quote to go through the roof , but was very surprised it only went up £ 2 pound a month so I was happy with the new quote for that reason .
However after realising how much a broken leg cost I wanted to up my policy amount for better cover , spoke to an advisor who said they would send me new quotes but that didn’t happen . So I went online and looked at higher amount policies and found that insure your paws were again the best , so I have cancelled my old policy and just started a new policy with them . Would definitely recommend.

I’ve made one claim and whether I received any money from the claim wasn’t the point. I received no communication from them regarding the claim at all!! Poor customer service
