I wrote a review a week ago as I couldn't get through to discuss a claim i would like to raise. I had a reply to the review from Natalie Ward as most people leaving bad reviews do and I emailed her as she suggested. I have had no reply and can't get hold of Blue Insurance (I assume the underwriters). Is this a scam? Please can someone let me know how I can speak to someone!!!

Extremely easy to get the insurance via Go Compare. The policies were easy to understand and filled my needs, for my two dogs.
Was a lot cheaper than the company that I have been with for the last 4 years and offered me more protection.

I insure both my cats with you. This is the second year.
You have increased the price from last year for both which I guess I must accept, however I am insuring both my cats and because one had to visit the vets last year and I had to claim (not very much it has to be said) - you have hiked the price up for that cat considerably more.
This is penalising, pure and simple and not all pet insurance companies do this so there is no NEED to do so. Im not happy, especially considering you will likely do the same year on year
