After much searching I finally found great cover at an affordable price. It met all my needs without being excessively priced. Very happy. Easy to fill out the information and had my policy documents emailed to me in seconds! Would definitely recommend.

"Very frustrating trying to get hold of you people."
Both myself and my wife have tried to contact you countless times by phone and email over several days without any success. You never pick up the phone! We wait for 15 - 20 mins each time which is a sad indication of your customer service level.
I am sorry you have not been paid, however, my card was lost and I had to put a stop on it. We have very adequate funds in our account to pay our bills, I now have a new card and need to give you the details so we can continue paying, but I can't as you don't pick the phone up or reply to your emails.
I am currently on hold to your company as I write this email. Sadly life is too short to waste it with your lack of customer service as another 22 minutes and 13 seconds have elapsed listening to your hold music. If my call was @important to you@ as you state, you would endeavour to answer the phone occasionally.

Just renewed my policy with insure my paws after they paid my claim for my dogs illness last year and I was very satisfied with the service given. The reason for four stars was when I tried to renew I could not get through on the phone and had to do on line which I didn’t find very easy !

Insure Your Paws were great last year when we had to get our puppy Koda treatment for pancreatitis. It may have felt like a long time for our claim to go through but in hindsight two months to gather the data needed isn’t that bad. We received 95% of our money back which I think is great considering excess fees etc. I would just say to make sure to ring them to chase up your claim as it speeds the process up. Although make sure you give yourself time to wait for an operator to pick up as sometimes it took over half an hour on hold. But every member of staff we spoke to was always lovely. I think maybe they’re just understaffed.

I wanted cancel auto renew on my policy,so i called them directly to try and get it canceled,after 55mins of waiting for a response by a member of staff, gave up I still haven't been able to cancel my policy,this can't be done via there web site so I'm kinda locked in with the auto renew, how is this fair.
