Needed insurance for my puppy and to review my older dog's insurance, got both insured for lifetime insurance for only £10 more than I was paying for one insurance! Very satisfied .

I’ve spoken to you on the phone on 1st Dec and you haven’t refunded the policy that you auto refunded yet even though you said it would be 24-48 hours. So sure you I have two policies!!
