I cancelled my policy. I simply wished to inform them of a change of address. Four time I tried to call and after 30 mins of hold music I quite each time. I then wrote an email.

At least I had a reply but was informed I would need to pay £42.50 admin fee.

I felt as if I was the customer yet I was having to do all the running around and then pay for them to do anything.

I’ve changed, bank, pension, credit cards, insurances and lots more and nobody else was this hard to reach or asked for payment to change an address.

I simply cancelled the policy as I was within 28 days of the renewal and after being with them for 4 years will never use or recommend this business.

Poor poor customer experience.
