In my experience all employees of ‘Insure Your Paws’ I have spoken to, have been approachable caring and helpful. Claims are taking a number of weeks to be processed.

2nd year of insurance with these and I was afraid that the price would jump up loads, even though I have not made any claims, but although it did go up, it was quite reasonable, unlike other dog insurance companies that I have used in the past.

Sadly caught in the insurance rip off due to changing insurance from The Kennel Club. Now stuck with insureyourpaws and paying for insurance that covers no current costs. My dog had a minor ear infection as a pup. At 5 he has major ear issues to previously unknown allergies. Guess what.... Not covered as insureyourpaws class this as the same issue he had as a pup when insured with The Kennel Club.
