"Emailed to cancel twice a few weeks…"

Emailed to cancel twice a few weeks before renewal due, they renewed anyway, couldn't get anyone on phone and no reply to emails, I expect a full refund, if they ever answer.

Update: from their reply to this review I emailed and now have received a refund for the renewal premium they took.

After struggling to get a claim form I am now 2 weeks on with a negative response from the claims dept. Having my dog insured with them for over 3 years and trying to claim for only about 300 pounds... They are saying no... She was an ex military dog... Never out to service just used to train people.
Despite no claims or health issues insured with them for 3 years.. No unless we can get military vet history.... If she had been found as a stray would they pay!!!... So disappointed and feel I have wasted 3 years of payments for nothing!!!
