"Trouble contacting to make a claim"

Currently trying to contact to make a claim, one number had me hang on for 7 mins then hung up. The next number I have tried, still hanging on after 28 mins. This is not acceptable as a service. Have now emailed and got an automated reply.

Good value insurance and friendly staff, I didn't give 5 stars because the website didn't function properly when trying to make selections from drop down boxes and call wait times were well over 10 minutes when trying to contact their sales team.

And theres no point bull crapping everyone about inflation, claims etc, ive never made a claim and if i was a new customer setting up afresh then it would cost me same as i originally set it up as!!!

Sent an email (apparently the only way I could contact them)asking for advice regarding an injury inflicted on my dog by another dog. It is months since that query and have they responded? You guessed it...not a word or even an automated acknowledgement.

Excellent company.Iv had to claim for an operation on my dog.Not a problem to claim and puts your mind at ease knowing your pet is covered.The claim was dealt with quickly dirrect to the vets.Would highly recommend
