Been with this company since Bruno was 7 weeks old. Bruno has never had any health issues, but it is great to know I have the policy to fall back on if I need it! 3 years and always been reasonably priced and great policy that I have for Bruno.

Found offers online to be really good value but really struggle to get through. 20min+ on phone the last few attempts and no call back as promised on a query. also no response to email.

What good is a policy if you cant actually reach anyone at the company to help with your query? has really made me wary of taking out a policy with them!

Such good customer service, the First Lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and went above and beyond her remit when my dog had breathed in some wheat from a field all the forms were sent to me and I was recommended to deal with the claim direct through the vets as I was away on my holiday. So far I haven’t needed to do anything other than take and collect my dog and pay the excess. So far I am very happy with the service I have been given.

Has always been so easy to claim your get vet bill, which is a relieve when you are coping with the stress of your dog illness, they are so helpful on the phone, to talk to, and help you through the process, never had no trouble with this insurance firm, could recommend them.
