The price of insurance this year has gone up so much its really harsh! Considering no claims in 5 years the insurance has risen so much i hope will not go the same way next year or i may consider elsewhere

Tried to take out my policy via Compare the Market, there was an error on the website as I was trying to put the payment through. It took 3 calls and emails back and for over approximately 5 days to just get confirmation that my policy was live, even though the payment was taken after 1 day. There didn't seem to be much communication happening as I spoke to 4 different people and nobody really understood what was happening or gave me an kind of timescales to expect things things happen by. The people I spoke to were friendly but it just seemed a bit of a mess. I was very tempted to cancel the policy and I'm still uncertain how things will be handled!

Already having a policy with InsureYourPaws, I was attempting to add a further pet. After failing to achieve this on-line on 2 occasions I tried by telephone. The first attempt by phone failed when I was promised that someone would call back - 3 days later that had not happened! The second attempt by phone was successful, although it took about 45 minutes to resolve.
