My fridge freezer finally gave up after 15 years or being out in a porch that is subject to all weathers. Which is relevant because I bought that from Appliance Shop too.

They had a good value, suitable for a porch and right dimensions replacement in stock that was delivered within 24 hours and before the freezer food thawed out.

I ordered a dishwasher, first checking with the store by telephone that they had it in stock. The customer service I received was outstanding. The dishwasher was not in stock but they were able to check that it could come direct from Hotpoint and advised me to order online. Once ordered, I received a telephone call from them to say the order had been received and they had processed it through with Hotpoint. Super customer service from a
very friendly and helpful member of staff. I will definitely return to them in future for any appliances.
