Delivered within a couple of days which was much quicker than local suppliers. Delivery process also very efficient with helpful updates on timings for delivery. Delighted with the whole experience and will definitely use again.

Found what I was looking for quickly on their website and at a competitive price. Rang to ensure there was stock and what the price would be to ship to Derbyshire. Guy on phone was really helpful, confirmed £15 shipping fee and assured me of stock situation. Ordered it at 1pm on 6.1.25 and it arrived at 7.30pm the following day. Well packaged. Everything there. Great service. Would buy from Appliance Shop again. Thank you.

Just been in store to get a new washer, sales staff were very informative and assisting with my purchase, feels like I got a cracking piece of kit for a great price.

As others have commented - when they state 'Available to Order' against the item and also provide a delivery date in just 4 days time (which they subsequently confirm by email with the order) it does not mean they have the item in stock. I went through this pain with them, handed over 500GBP on a card to be called afterwards to be asked if I wanted to wait for 4 weeks in case they get the item in - whilst they keep my money. In 25 years of online shopping I've never come across anything as brazen as this - it is not the customers role to bankroll their cash flow. Staff member was rude on the phone and hung up on me when I complained. Their refund states it can take up to 10 days for said refund - putting a hole in my finances/delaying time to commit to another supplier. In parallel I have submitted a case to action fraud for advertising and taking funds under false pretences. The item I ordered still (some 5 days later) is still showing as available to order and a confirmed date/short-lead delivery time offered yet still not actually in stock if you call them

Great customer service, great range of goods. A hiccup on the delivery, not of their making but the suppliers. I was given different options and useful suggestions without any pressure being applied. I was given support and kept up to date all the way through.
First time I have used this firm and it definitely won't be the last.
