The delivery driver did not buzz my flat—only my neighbours'—and they did not call either, leading to an urgent next-day delivery missed despite me being home. Re-delivery was possible only 3 days later with an extra charge of £49.99. If I cancelled the order, there would be a charge of £100. As their customer service underlines incessantly, it's in the terms and conditions, so think twice before you order or put extra post-its next to your buzzer.
