"Love the product, but wonder if I can get a replacement?"

I love the product, but the piece that goes under my right eye doesn't seem to work in the same way. It turns on, but it doesn't vibrate. How would I go about getting a replacement?

Otherwise I love it - I do think I've seen an improvement in my puffy eyes.

I had aproblem with my eyepods and after contacting support, my problem was dealt with in under an hour and a new set were sent out to be free of charge,

Bought the IR Red comb aka HairPod and eye pod. The eye pod stopped working after 3 weeks but Levi and the Customer Support team helped to replace it without any hassle.

I love the HairPod. I feel that hair breakage has been reduced and now I am monitoring to see if there are any new baby hairs.

I would recommend this company. First of all, red light therapy does seem to have an effect! I've been using my hair pod for about three months and just started to see some new growth around my hairline. Hopefully this will continue! Secondly, I was happy with their customer service. My hair pod unfortunately was leaking and then stopped working. Levi got back to my email very quickly and with very little hassle they arranged for a new hair pod to be sent to me, so I'm happy with my experience. Thank you!

Hair pod arrived and was faulty. It was not heating up as described. Company quick to acknowledge and post another. Hopefully will see results once used. Good service provided when I raised the issue
