It took 15 days to reach DUBAI
It's been exactly a month since I got the device along with 3 oils
I finished 1 bottle already, I did the device for overall of 15 minutes, 5 of each setting
Sometime I do more which is twice above
I had 0 changes, nothing changed
I was excited to bought it because of the great reviews so hopefully I'll see results after this month maybe, I don't know
But probably won't buy it again

Basically, the product is pleasant to use. The daily 5 or, if you like, 10 minutes can easily be integrated into your daily routine. But filling in the serum is a time-consuming process due to the small opening, which is really annoying. And you don't feel much of the EMS even on the strongest setting. I often ask myself whether the device is even in order. Would I buy it again? I'm not sure yet...

"Parcel was not deliered, unhelpful customer service."
I ordered a parcel, which supposedly was delivered on the 21.12.2023. As I did not receive that parcel, I contacted customer support.
At first it seemed that they tried helping, and told me to get in touch with the delivery company DHL. DHL in turn told me that the shipper needed to contact them to file for a lost parcel.
It's now been 3 weeks since this, and I have not heard anything from customer support, even though I've sent 2 more emails to the rep I was in contact with.
Very unpleasant experience, as I've not received my product and also haven't gotten my money back.
EDIT : I was contacted again by Newtiful and they sent me a new product for the one that was never delivered. Been using the brush a few times a week so far and am happy :)

I love how the hair pod was designed so elegantly with a smooth user experience in mind! And I find it really useful that we can elevate the experience of using hair serums/ oils with this device. I used to suffer from hair loss and Iām using this to maintain my hair growth results.
