I thought my eyepods were defective in the beginning because they weren't functioning as expected… One pod had less intense vibration. I reached out to customer support, and they helped me troubleshoot the issue. Levi was very helpful! Making sure both pods were charged fully and that the gel pads were applied correctly did the trick for me. After I was able to use the pods properly, I had no more issues. I love my daily night treatment with these two things—they help me depuff my undereye area, and I can say it is pretty relaxing

Updated, I did get a response from customer service, they will take care of the issue I am having, I have adjusted my experience to reflect this. My experience may not be the normal, possibly it went through the cracks…..

"Contacts corroded"

After about 2 weeks, one contact on each eyepod has corroded to the point where no electricity can be conducted, so no activity is triggered. It's odd that only 1 on each pod corrodes and extremely poor quality if after 2 weeks the product is completely unusable.

Eye pods do not stick at all so you can't do house cleaning or whatever they advertise. It definitely does not last 10 min either. I had hesitations of buying after reading reviews and should have stuck with my gut.
