I received a full refund for my eye pods and add eye pads that I purchased. Levi was helpful and accommodating. While these did not work, the customer service was good.

These do not work. My first set did not vibrate, so they sent me a new set. That set also did not vibrate, so they offered to send me an updated version that has fixes to some of the issues. That replacement set, the 3rd set, looked exactly the same as the other 2 sets. It also did not work in got some vibration but not on both pods and not consistently. One of the pods turned off before it should have, while the other stayed on but really only with the lights.

This has been so frustrating and disappointing.

"Good idea, quality of the electrodes keeps it from being great"

I love the idea of the product that combines red light microcurrent. I've been using it for about a month now and don't yet notice a significant long-term change, but my eyes feel energized with each use and I am hopeful. My only complaint (and reason for the 3 stars) is the quality of the electrodes. They're thin, ball up when removing from the sticker and attempting to apply to the device, and do not effectively stick on clean device or skin for more than one use (sometimes not even that). I can only use it lying down with glasses on to hold it in place. If the electrodes were of better quality and allowed for the kind of use it advertises, I would happily give it 4 or 5 stars.

2/8/25-Update-customer service reached out 2 weeks ago messaging I would receive a refund (pd $115) contingent on removing this review!! I have yet to receive refund - this is theft! And not a small amount of money imo!! Charging for items not received - ridiculous! Please ppl do not chance it with this off shore incompetent company!!!

Incroyable, cela va faire 3 semaines que je l'utilise tous les soirs. Mes cheveux ne tombent plus ! Ils sont brillants, gainés et plus fort.
Je suis encore en observation concernant mes zones dégarnie mais il me semble que mes cheveux ont bien repoussé maintenant ^^ . Je suis sûr qu'ils repousseront tous et que cet épisode de perte de cheveux deviendra un lointain souvenir.
C'est un produit je pense indispensable quand on subit des pertes de cheveux.

"Order delivered wrong address"

Update: Newtiful did refund the product amount and sent a very nice email. It appears they got let down by the shipping company as I did.

Ordered. They use UniUni as their delivery company. They delivered to the wrong address. Still same street number but 6 miles away. The shipping company won’t respond and newtiful stopped responding. Looks like a credit card dispute soon.

The customer service is timely and reliable. However, the product itself is not so reliable. I replaced twice after using it for a week.
