I didn’t use the device regularly. So I can’t tell how it affects the hair. During that period my device was broken and I’have contacted to customer service. They took care of the problem very quickly and they sent the new device. Thank you once again. Now once I receive my new device I’m gonna use it regularly.I appreciate their support. Not sure if this is actually making me grow more hair but I do seem to be losing less hair after 1.5months of use. Also like that it incorporates hair oil application and that it only requires 5-10mins a day.
