"Do Not Order from this Company"

Do Not Order from this Company! I had order my eye patches and extra tape a month in a half ago way before Christmas.
The customer service mentioned the package was attempted for delivery and for me to check with my carrier. This is a scam tactic! I did not receive any notice in my postal box from the carrier that I missed the delivery. In which the carrier USPS would always leave a note to pick up at my nearest location. The service team sent me a message that they received the package back since no one claimed it. This is total BS! Since I continuously sent them messages they asked me if they could resend my package with a different mailing service. I told them Absolutely Not. I want my money credited back to me this was one week ago. I have not heard from them since!!! They’re ignoring me. It’s a total scam! Do Not Order from this Company! I’m going to file a report with the BBB and for fraud! Credit my money back asap!!!!

The right eyepod didn't even charge when received. Customer Helpdesk sent through the right eyepod replacement eventually but without any replacement gel pads as promised.
Then the original left eyepod when charged together it gave a burnt smell and the main connector dot turned rusty copper red and wouldn't charge afterwards.
Requested refund and to send back faulty products but receive no reply at all.

I can’t tell if the eyepods will make a difference for me because they don’t work correctly. It takes 2-3 minutes for vibration to start and then they automatically shut off after 10 minutes so I only get about 7 minutes of use. The right eye pod is much weaker than the left, so doing nothing, really…. I’ve reached out for customer service for help and have heard nothing. They are too expensive to keep so I will be returning them or filing a claim with my CC company if customer service continues to ignore me.

I had ordered gel pads but did not receive a shipment confirmation. I wrote to Newtiful asking to verify shipping for me. They replied the same day. Unfortunately the gel pads are out of stock so I will have to interrupt my daily sessions however I was told that they are expecting a new shipment early next week and my order should be on its way by Wednesday.

The eye pods are working great. I have been using them for about 3 weeks now and I’m starting to see results. Had a slight issue with one of the eyes pods and customer service was very prompt to respond to my email and in less then 24 hours, I received a confirmation that another set was on its way to me.
