"Terrible"

Terrible - paid for nominated day delivery for balloons for birthday party and only 2 of the 8 balloons arrived, no warning they’d miss the delivery date, no explanation, no customer service help and no refund. Very disappointed, won’t be used them again.

"Brilliant foil balloons and helium canister!"

My 60th Birthday meal was 31st December 22. No one could deliver them to me at that time because of Christmas and I needed them the day before. I went to Partyrama, designed my Helium bunches, bought the foil balloons and a canister of helium, along with other bits and pieces. That was on the 14th November 22. They sat in my garage until 30th December. We filled the balloons with helium and they were fantastic! Absolutely amazing! They are still up today - 27.01.23 - incredible. I am going to have to let them down this weekend. THANK YOU PARTYRAMA ! Brilliant service and products.

I needed a helium canister for a party I was having and I looked around to find the best value I could. And Partyrama was the cheapest, it’s that simple really. Delivery was on time. Would recommend

I ordered a balloon for my brother’s birthday and the balloon was not even delivered, not the first time this has happened either. Another time I ordered for my dads 60th and the balloon was deflated with a hole on arrival. I then had to go out and get another balloon an hour before the party. Avoid at all costs, overpriced and doesn’t even get delivered after paying £6 delivery!!!

Ordered some sparklers for fireworks night and paid extra for next day delivery…. Got exactly what I’d paid for and when it should have arrived. Can’t fault the service.

If there was the opportunity to give zero stars I would have done! The quality of the products is horrendous! Most of the latex balloons had holes in them and went straight in the bin. Half of the foil helium balloons only lasted a couple of hours before going flat. The balloon weights were horrible and nothing I ordered was even remotely representative of the colour on the website. The prices are really reasonable, however, the quality is horrific so it is false economy!! Avoid at all costs!!

Absolutley brilliant.. Bought little bits for Christmas eve boxes.. And a Christmas door cover.. Brilliant.. Prices are cheap.. Door cover thick vynl material.. Can be used year after year.. Will definatley use again xxx

"Go to Tesco"

If I could give this a zero rating I would. Ordered a canister of helium, took it to the party venue to set up all the decorations, opened the packaging and on the box was written “empty” Not a drop of helium in sight.
Don’t waste your money with these cowboys, I had to rush over to Tesco to buy a proper full can of helium. Awaiting a reply from Partyrama before I contact Trading Standards. Absolutely shocking service
