Helium balloon lasted only a couple of days before deflating. Not great for a child’s party. Contacted Partyrama and they’re not interested at all, despite them saying they last over a week. Will not use again.

"Delivery company was shocking - waste of time and money!"
Sent a balloon for my niece’s 5th birthday but she never got it. Delivery company emailed me to say the delivery slot and at the same time emailed me to say that they were unable to deliver as nobody was in. They took it to a local newsagents that was allegedly open until 4. Over the next couple of days my brother tried to collect it (during the stated opening times) and the shop was never open. What a waste of time and money - would not order from them again unless they start using a decent delivery company

"Don't Trust Them"
I ordered the item for the next delivery. After waiting until 2 pm the next day, I tried to track the items, only to find out that the order was at a different depot.
Called Customer care only to be told DPD made an error and that's it. They did refund my money but my entire plans for the party were spoiled because either Partyrama or dpd made the mistake.
I have been using DPD for countless years and never had an issue such as this, so I am not trusting Partyrama. Besides Customer care is so horrible not even the slightest empathy is shown. I'm not sure the agents here understand the meaning of "Care" in Customer Care.
Never again. Absolutely dreadful.

Do NOT use Partyrama. The customer care was absolutely appalling. I was shocked by how they spoke to be by email.
No resolution of a situation. Very patronising and very condescending.
Hugely disappointed with how I was dealt with. The helium canister only inflated 29 balloons out of 50 and was told it was my fault. You are better off using a professional store.

I give 5 stars for fantastic Customer service. Bought 2 x helium canisters weeks before I needed to use them. When setting up for the party, one canisters was completely empty so I had to rush out and buy one from a local store. Also, the one remaining canister did not inflate as many balloons as expected. Contacted Partyrama Post party and not only did they refund the empty canister, they applied a further 50% discount for the remaining one. I would definitely use them again as I don't blame them for the issues I had as errors can happen. Excellent Customer Service.

"Unreliable delivery"
Paid for balloon delivery on a specified day, it wasn’t delivered. Called DPD to find out why they didn’t deliver it and they said Partyrama didn’t give them the correct address details so they couldn’t deliver it. Called Partyrama and they said they’d call DPD themselves and call me back. They didn’t call me back. I emailed them asking for at least the delivery charge to be refunded and they haven’t responded. Poor service. If you want reliable service you won’t get it from Partyrama.
