Absolutely impeccable service!

I ordered a personalised cut out and supplied a poor quality image to be used. Partyrama's employee, James messaged me to informed that the product would come out pixelated. James made some excellent suggestions to ensure my cut out was everything I hoped it would be!

My cut out arrived yesterday and it is fantastic, as good as their customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.

I ordered a gonk chrismtas balloon unaware it was a heat seal one. Upon discovering this I looked up on their website on that exact balloon how to heat seal it their advice is to use your hair straightener to seal it for 5-15 seconds. I blew it up for my son and put my GHD hair straightener on it to seal it and within a second it melted the balloon on to my straighteners! I removed it immediately as soon as I felt this happen but it was too late. They were ruined with melted balloon all over them. I emailed them and told them what had happened and they will accept no liability for this happening. These are expensive straighteners and they need replacing as they are unuseable. In their
Email reply they told me you have to do futher research in to how to seal them this
way and it’s advisable to cover the ceramic plates with tin foil. Even though in their instructions on their website neither of these things are mentioned. I followed their instructions exactly. Very unprofessional and complete disregard for the customer. No form of liability accepted on their side. I did email back and tell them this and that I will go to small claims court if necessary but they choose to ignore my email. I will be putting in a claim holding them responsible for the damage as this is completely their fault.

Ordered a number 1 and number 8 balloons for my sons 18th for next day delivery. Order was held due to being sent to the wrong depot and arrived 3 days later on his birthday. Customer service was helpful and said I would recieve a refund for delivery. When the balloons arrived and we blew them up. 1 was as we expected but the number 8 despite looking like 8 on the packaging looks like an S. As they arrived on my sons birthday I had no time to get another balloon. Extremely frustrating considering the already delayed delivery. Will not be ordering again.

I ordered a Disney boxed balloon as a surprise for Christmas Day. So I ordered it to arrive on the 23rd as that was the latest delivery possible. But the description said balloon lasts a week so I assumed that wouldn’t be an issue.
The balloon arrived on the 23rd, and on Christmas Eve I opened the delivery box to get out the surprise box. To my shock the balloon was just in the delivery box! With all the postage stickers on the front, not in a red or other colour stripey box that the description says and image shows on the website.
Also the balloon was already deflating, and it hadn’t even been 24hours.
As I opened it on Christmas Eve I didn’t have any time to source another box.
I paid £18 for effectively a Mickey helium balloon in a delivery box.
Disgrace.

Order a celebrity cut out for my daughter birthday.The delivery company couldn’t do a Saturday delivery . A lovely lady from partyrama rang to explain and made sure it was next day delivery. Was really lovely definitely recommend would use again !!!! The cut out was perfect Thank you
