"Don't waste your money!!!"

I ordered two sets of balloons from this company. The first turned up with one balloons already half deflated, the other set which I ordered for my daughters 2nd birthday, one, they turned up a day earlier, even when I had paid for Sunday delivery, and two, arrived with one half deflated, and the large minnie mouse balloon, the main part of the balloon bouquet, split in half completely ruined! I'm absolutely devastated!!!! Thanks partyrama for ruining my daughters birthday!!! They aren't open over the weekend so can't even speak to anyone!

EDIT: the company got back to me and apologised and assured me they would look in to this, and did offer a full refund so the customer service side of things was a good experience, however I do feel their offices should be open over a weekend.

Ordered party bag items and plates, cups etc. for my son’s birthday party and thought the price was really fair. Also appreciated there was an option for free delivery which was in a time frame of 7 days. Two days later my parcel was delivered 🤩 very happy with the products and the speed of the shipping was a lovely surprise too! ☺️

Ordered helium balloon canister with adapter on the 15th October 2024. Was advised via email order would be delivered within 5 working days. 15 days later and still no order. I needed this for balloons for Halloween tomorrow! So I'm now left with lot's of balloons for the children but no way to inflate them!!!! Very disappointed in the service.

"SCAM - FAULTY PRODUCTS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE "

SCAM! Helium canister did not work at all so my poor daughter didn’t have any balloons at her party and they are refusing to do anything about this despite sending over the photo ‘evidence’ that not a single balloon floated as they requested. Trying to blame me that the balloons were ‘too big’ even though the same balloons floated perfectly fine when taken to be filled at party shop later in the day! Also bought accessories that were a waste (balloon weights, ribbon etc) and cannot believe they are refusing to refund even the actual faulty item. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I don’t usually post on trustpilot but have to say speedy delivery! Ordered late Thursday night and arrive early Saturday morning for a standard 2-3 delivery. Yet to use anything from my order but so far so good

I ordered helium tank for up to 30 balloons blew up 12 balloons and tank was empty. Not worth money. Cheaper to buy ready balloons.

I ordered through Tesco and was very disappointed. When it said 'assorted party box' and 'assorted snap bands ' for Halloween I assumed they meant a selection, not £3.49 for one cardboard box with nothing in it and £3.49 for one snap band! Who could afford £7.98 for one measly cardboard box and one snap band?! I struggle for money and was hoping for a few of these for the kids and their friends so I'm utterly depressed at wasting my money on this. Never again!!!!

"Unbelievable delivery service speed "

I ordered bulk helium at 4.45pm Friday. Delivery was due Monday.
At 7.36 on the Friday,DPD messaged me & at same time the lorry pulled up. The guy said, it was in their warehouse warehouse so delivered it!
I appreciate that's perhaps a one off but a fantastic service. I ordered another product elsewhere & it was a 6x6x6 inch parcel at same cost and Royal Mail took 5 days to deliver with a poor on line delivery notification system in comparison with DPD.
This was 10 boxes of helium cannisters delivered rapidly. Well done Partyrama using a super delivery partner, both should be congratulated.
