"Don't believe what they say."

I tried to order some goods and I appeared to be unable to because the site was not registered with Google Pay. I gave up but received 8- yes 8 emails, saying I had failed to make the transaction. So I tried again apparently successfully. However I then received duplicate orders and rang them. They said they understood and would pay for the return and this was effected. They then charged me for the cost of return. Sharp practice - not to be trusted!

Ordered photo balloons - got one with the same photo twice, phoned them - got the correct photo balloon the next day, impressed.

Purchased a selection of foil and latex balloons, candles, party bag fillers and helium canister. All great quality, arrived really quickly and the balloons lasted well and the canister filled a little more than it stated which was a bonus.

Would definitely recommend and use again for all your party needs in one place!

"FAULTY/EMPTY HELIUM TANK"

Bought a helium tank and there was either NO helium in the tank or the tank was faulty. Extremely frustrating experience and had ruined a special surprise occasion. I do not recommend this place.

"Absolutely brilliant"

Absolutely brilliant. So impressed with their customer service and quick dispatch. Unfortunately one bowl I received had black marks on it that couldn’t be removed. I emailed them on Saturday night, they replied Sunday and I received a replacement bowl on Monday.
So refreshing to know there are decent companies out there. Thank you so much. I will definitely be ordering from you again.

I recently visited a Partyrama at Kingston store and was impressed by the fantastic customer service. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they had a great selection of products for many party themes. I would recommend them for party supplies every time.😊

"Nothing received - despite paying twice for two of the same item"

Ordered two of the same items (life size cutouts) from partyrama one via Amzon on 18th Jan with a delivery window of 23rd-25th Jan. One on 25th Jan (when the first didn't arrive and DPD told me it wouldn't) paying one day delivery for delivery on the 27th Jan - my daughter's birthday. Well a package arrived with a balloon but no life size cutout which was the main thing we needed for the birthday party. Now of course it's impossible to speak to anyone despite paying extra for delivery today. What a total failure.

Communication during both failed attempts has been terrible with great difficulty speaking to a human. No co-ordination between DPD and partyrama and no-one to contact when we didn't get our delivery. I did speak to a lovely lady Clare on Friday but nevertheless our daughter's birthday surprise failed to appear.

So I've tried to order from partyrama from 18th Jan and STILL haven't received even ONE of the two items ordered. And I have an extremely disappointed birthday daughter.

They were extremely rude and not helpful at all. This is not the first time this has happened and I’m disgusted how they treat customers. I went in today to try and get a ‘1’ balloon for my daughter but they unfortunately didn’t have any pink colours on sale, I asked the cashiers if they had any available and the way they were. One lady even swore infront of me which talking to me, they were laughing about it, not even directly talking to me and was just talking amongst themselves. They were very unhelpful. Like I said this isn’t the first time the two ladies have been rude to me. Luckily I was able to go to
Home bargains and get what I needed.

I would like this complaint to be resolved as forwarded on to the ladies in the store to treat customers with respect and politeness.

I have already written an email to them over a week ago and no one has got back to me

"Helium canister that didn't work"

Purchased a helium canister and inflated numerous helium balloons with the product. All of the balloons (from separate companies) did not float into the air, which can only mean that the canister does not contain sufficient helium in order for balloons to properly elevate. Waste of money.
