Terrible! I would avoid this company. I returned Christmas lights and still have not been provided with a refund. They have a shocking returns process!

"Misleading and disappointed "

The advert did say - Please note that the colour and design of the box may vary from the image shown.

This is an understatement - It was a battered postage box with a massive postage label on it. no nice box to present the balloon in. Not suitable for a gift. The box now needs wrapping or painting to make it look anything!

Ordered a cut out for my daughter
Once opened one side of the knee was spilt
I sent photos and numerous emails to the company
But they said that's how it's meant to be
Not when it's not standing correctly and there's a difference of one side and the other
They were quite rude

"Really disappointed with my purchase"

Really disappointed with my purchase. The image displayed was a striped gift box and a balloon then I ordered an extra balloon. I duplicated this order so was expecting 2 balloons in a box x2. My order arrived with 4 balloons in one battered cardboard box. I wouldn't order online as you may be as disappointed as me. False advertising. I could have ordered from a large corporate or go to local card factory for a lot less money and same quality product.

"Brilliant customer service"

I was really impressed with the customer service I received from Partyrama after the balloon I ordered for my boyfriend's birthday sadly deflated after arriving on the first day. They were so helpful and sent me a replacement straight away which arrived very quickly.

"Company packing boxes are used for balloon in a box"

Please note a Balloon in a box does not come in a presentation box - it’s literally a normal packing box covered in the companies logo.

The website does state boxes vary but all photos on the website show photos of balloons either in a plain white or a white with red stripe presentation style box none show a packing box! As expected when sending a parcel the packing box has arrived dirty, dented and creased but thankfully the balloon is still intact & arrived promptly. However, as this balloon in a box was part of a big reveal - I will now need to source an alternative box as the packing box is too tatty to give to anyone.

Order some decorations and balloons for my upcoming daughters birthday. Although delivery was free and fast, wrong balloons were sent. I emailed and got a swift response and the correct balloons have been sent out already.
