I recently purchased some home cinema equipment from Richer Sounds, and the staff could not have been more helpful. The customer service was truly exemplary, including video calls to assist installing and setting up the equipment. Even before I made the purchase, they fielded numerous phone calls and emails as I tried to get to grips with all the different options, and to figure out what would work best for my needs.
