Stephen spent over an hour on a video call with me, going through the settings on the system and provided continuous support. When I had a fault with the subwoofer, they had it collected (arranged by Jessica), sent to the manufacturer and fully repaired. Their customer service is second to none. Brilliant company. I ordered a speaker yesterday and received it this morning at 9.00am. I had previously ordered it directly from the manufacturer and waited over two weeks and it was a no show. Richer sounds also had it the same price!
Great if you are ordering from the Republic as no extra VAT added.
I’m going to use these guys for all audio/ visual tech in future.

Bought a samsung qe80b 55 Neo Qled from the Belfast branch of Richer sounds. David dealt with my purchase .
I couldn't be more happier if you paid me the cost of my new Samsung qe80b its that NICE & GOOD.
I had read reviews about BLOOMING and the lack of sound from this particular TV, but after watching it and giving it a push through all my channels both via the Internet and through my Humax digital box I haven't had any problems , the sound is excellent without a soundbar via the 6 inbuilt speakers on the tv and as for blooming , I've not had this problem , the money I spent for this tv was well spent and the pictures are fantastic with the exception of the old non digital formats which is to be expected .
Blacks are really black also on this tv and the speed of switching it on and off is faster than blinking .
The Samsung free channels etc are starting to make my Humax Foxsat box redundant.

Anyway anyone considering buying this tv you won't be disappointed, I'm very impressed with what I've put it through
and would highly recommend the entire tv and what it does via picture and sound.
Once again thank you David for dealing with my purchase and also a big thank you to Emma for dealing with the delivery of my purchase .

I ordered a pair of discounted ex-display speakers and was honestly amazed at the care and attention paid to repackaging such an item. I doubt I could have spotted the difference between them and a pair fresh from the factory!
The level of communication, speed of delivery, range and price of products were also all top class in my experience.
