May I just pass on my sincerest thanks to Gareth, Stephen M, & Kenny.
I recently purchased the marantz amp & CD player & Q acoustics Speakers.
Over the course of 2 weeks I spoke with each of the Lads. Their knowledge and understanding of the products is second to none.
After a couple of conversations I decided to go with the aforementioned products.
I genuinely could not be happier with the performance and sound of my New HI- FI set up.
I would Hugely recommend anybody who's exploring any electronic additions to their home to contact the team in Belfast.

I ordered my new tv from Richer Sounds not only because they had what I wanted at a good price but because they are so reliable. When I phoned to check the delivery date, their person got right onto it and called me back twice to relay what the shipper had said and then a follow up email to be sure. They are brilliant, thanks. Bought the TV at a great price. Buying online was quick and easy. Delivery was fast also. What makes these guys standout is the customer service. Samsung tv had a common fault after a year. I contacted by email and within a week it was picked up repaired and delivered back. Just exceptional service. Will only buy my TVs from here going forward.

Due to a change of design plans in my house I had to return a TV stand(unopened) . It was slighty outside the standard return period. They took it back with no issues and refunded my money. An more suitable TV mount was purchased with them.

Was looking for a specific high end tv, eventually found one here, even though it was holiday time, the team managed to get exactly what I wanted, David kept in contact with me, and Michael went over and above to make sure I received my TV and delivered it himself in his own vehicle, absolutely 5* customer service, quality TV, cheaper than Britian, and to top it all off a 6 year warranty, I would highly recommend these guys richersounds.ie 5* from me. I am a returning customer and I bought a sound system few days ago. Excellent service as always when dealing with staff who were very friendly and helpful. I was offered 6yrs warranty for my product which was great and order was delivered on time. I will be certainly be buying from them again. Great work!!
