"Update"
Follow up to my review of 1 October. My faulty Marantz cinema 30 was returned to Richer Sounds for them to test. I was dealing with George, who arranged the pickup of the faulty unit, he also confirmed receipt of the unit to their depot. He arranged testing the product, confirmed it was faulty and further arranged for a replacement unit to come direct from Marantz. During all this time I was kept informed of progress and I think I spoke a couple of times with David. I have now received the replacement unit, set it up and it is working perfectly. The most important experience for me was the care all of the Richer Sounds team gave to my query and all of the above without any additional cost to me. Once again, thank you so much and as mentioned before, Richer Sounds is the only place to go to buy HiFi/TV equipment for value for money and exceptional service.

"Best customer service experience "
I have bought a number of products over the years from Richer Sounds and will continue to do so. Recently I bought ceiling speakers and a Marantz cinema 30 av receiver. After 4 days of use, the sound on one of the channels stopped playing. I spoke with George yesterday who arranged to pickup the unit to check the fault. The unit was picked up this morning and obviously will now wait the outcome of they're check. But as always, their customer service is above and beyond expectations and I would not consider buying hifi/tv etc from anywhere else other than Richer Sounds. I live in Kerry, so to arrange a pick up from Belfast after a phone call yesterday is top class service.

"Excellent customer service"
6 year warranty means 6 year warranty. TV failed to turn on one day and luckily for me it had 2 months left on a 6 year warranty. Received top drawer customer service from start to finish from Richer Sounds staff and TV repair people. Was too costly to fix so a new like-for-like tv arrived today. Also received a follow-up telephone call from RS.

From the very start of our initial contact, we found all the staff at Richer Sounds very helpful & attentive. We were never left hanging awaiting email reply. If one person was not there, another would introduce himself & take over.
As the equipment we needed to replace is no longer available, we were guided towards an acceptable alternative. Every question raised was answered, and a good price negotiated.
We would definitely recommend this company to anyone seeking such quality and a good customer relationship.
We would award a Top OVER the Stars allowed, if it were possible.
Also, the delivery service was excemplary (with excellent packaging); and delivered on time, as promised ~ which also involved a cross-border journey.
Also, we asked for some slight technical advice; which was answered promptly & put our minds at rest.

Amazing service and so quick for delivery
My Samsung tv only over 2 years old gave up and 4 days later I have my new TV delivered. I had went to curry’s found then most unhelpful and someone mentioned richer sounds and highly recommend them. Fabulous. Want to specially mention Emma she was all over the delivery and sorted within 48 hours.
