"A bad bank"
Had an issue that took them over 6 months to actually get back to me on and after following their multiple instructions the problem is still not rectified. The workers are fine, I understand they have little control over the inner workings. The main issue is that the bank simply tries to improve and grow regardless of the problem and mistake-ridden base they build apon.

Very bad. My account money was detuct and that was unknow transaction and when I'm trying to call to customer service but can't although I input the correct account number . I made complain since last week and till now nobody contact me.

"Mashreq Bank is a cheater and theif company."
Mashreq Bank is the number one cheater,thief bank in UAE.
I opened a savings account with zero balance in Mashreq Neo.After the opening made an offer called Early Bird.
And I fulfilled the conditions and won 65 dirhams.
Then they gave me dates for different periods about 5-6 times for only 65 dirhams.
After spending almost 6 months like this, the money has not been paid yet.
Customer service has stopped contacting me like cheaters.
And today talking about Fall Below fees 21.00 dirhams are deducted from the account without informing me.
Now when I try to contact help center online they don't contact me.

How will it happen on a debit card? To my knowledge, if the debit card is zero, there is no change to use it.
Anyone experience the same as mine.
We are writing to inform you of a technical issue that has impacted some of your Debit Card transactions (ending with 8479) between 18 April and 8 May 2024. These transactions were successfully processed by the merchants, however, due to the technical issue, the transactions were not debited from your account.
These transactions will be processed and debited from your account on 1 August 2024. To avoid your account balance going below zero, please ensure that you have enough funds to cover the total amount due in addition to any other commitments that you may have (Cheques, Direct Debits, Standing Instructions, etc). Any charges posted to your account as a result of the below listed transactions will be reversed by 31 August 2024.
Please note that while we had sent the debit notifications via SMS and email at the time the below transactions occurred, when you review your account statements or transaction history, you will find that the amount was not debited from your account.

"Deducting monthly 25 dhirhams on debit card…"
Deducting monthly 25 dhirhams every month amount for maintaining zero balance in account. How worst this bank is? They know how to steal money from all. I have deposited some amount after 5 months they deducted 125 dhirhams, hence I didn't receive any mobile message or mail for this charges. How cunning this bank is. Please be aware of this

Mashreq has low quality of Services Especially the staff its like they are not working together they have Different answers, I called to them aug 9 to close my account and the lady said i need to Deposit 50 dhs and call them back within 24 hrs,Now i called them and the guy said i need to Deposit 92 Dhs? What is this Mashreq costumer Service? I am closing my account as i dont know why when i deposit my money wortj 500 it goes to other person? What is this? Its not safe? Imaginr its 500 how much more if theresa big amount of money,Same when i called before everytimw i will call to ask help how i will get back my money they have different answe!!!

"Money deduction without approval and worst customer support."
The worst experience ever. They deducted money from my both accounts for no reason, they sent an email claiming that these transactions were made in April and May but for some reason they weren't debited from my accounts!!!!! Seriously?!!!! Is this the new scam??
And when you call their support you get no help, you just keep fighting with the voice assistant, I don't know why they make so hard to speak to a real human. You write a complain through the app and again you get no answer, they repeat the same reply.

"2nd Review Bank Technical Fault"
After my first review I was advised by Bank to put a complaint at customer service but I guess they don't even pay attention to reviews also where I clearly mentioned that 5 different CC agents gave 5 different replies. I guess they have a new reason now which I'm unaware of. First, your bank statement is marvelous to review it first client has to be a CA. Second, as per your Agents debit will only show in statement when merchant will claim his money. Third, as per agent Bank pays merchant on client behalf and then claims from the customer.
Now there was an debit in my account for which I have SMS and Email. If bank don't consider these then why to provide such service, bank should generate weekly statement. Also as per the customer agent Bank will not entertain any clients who open account through app or online. I know its not only me who has an issue with Mashreq there will be many more and many of them has let go attitude. I saw all the previous comments and as per them bank services is not legitim. We trust bank that our hard earn money will be safe with them but its better to keep cash, use govt banks only and keep limited amount of money in well known international banks to make online payments.

Not sure how Mashreq Bank is operating but definitely its the worst experience ever. I openned a business account and for the past two months I have not received my debit card even though I have complained so many times! As advice to you never deal with them.
